Collection of Summer 2025 Examination Certificates

We are pleased to inform you that your GCSE and A-Level certificates from the Summer 2025 examinations have now arrived in school. They are available for collection from Reception during school opening hours.

Please note the following important points:

Only the certificate owner can collect their certificates.
If you are unable to collect them yourself, you must complete an Authorisation Form allowing a nominated adult to collect on your behalf. This form is available from Reception or can be requested via email.

Certificates are valuable documents and should be kept safe once collected. If you have any questions, please contact the Exams Office at examsdept@hamsteadhall.com or call 0121 386 7510.

How to check your exam entries: Students receive a statement of entries and then an individual timetable with seat numbers and rooms name. Candidate numbers are printed on the student ID. Student IDs are given to the students in advance and they must bring it to every exam and place it upright on the desk next to the desk number.

A-Level Results Day: Thursday 13th August 2026

GCSE Results Day: Thursday 20th August 2026

Results will be distributed in person on the day. Students will have their results ready to collect in an envelope from school.

The Review of Results, appeals, deadline and fees information will be made available closer to results day.
