Holiday Programme

Hamstead Hall Academy is a vibrant, dynamic and interactive Academy. We take great pride in ensuring that all users:

As a department, we aim to be an inclusive learning community. One of our targets is to improve the school’s community engagement and to provide opportunities for vulnerable young people to engage in new meaningful activities. These activities include; rock climbing, archery, forest school style activities, orienteering, team building, various sports, arts and crafts, cookery, dance, drama, various trips to places of interest and loads more. 

These prices will be reviewed in February 2025. 

Our upcoming scheme will operate on Thursday 2nd January and Friday 3rd January 2025. There will be a total of 4 sessions over these 2 days, 9am-1pm and 1pm-5pm. Your child is invited to access both sessions on both days at a charge of £8 per session. All attendees are required to bring a drink. If your child meets our criteria enabling them to access our scheme, a main meal, a snack and a drink free of charge, then this will be granted. Alternatively, they are welcome to bring their own packed lunch or pay £2 for a meal deal.

Our funded eligibility criteria states that the young person must be either eligible for free school meals, have special educational/additional needs or disability OR is classified as a vulnerable child. If a young person does not meet the criteria, there must be a payment of £2 per hour for between 9am-1pm and/or 1pm-5pm.
